1). Where is Greek Glasses based?
We are based out of Los Angeles, California but we have warehouses around the world. Depending on your location, we ship from one of our warehouses in Manhattan, Shenzhen, or Los Angeles.
2). How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Free shipping within the US normally takes 2-8 days. international shipping times vary by location. Many international orders must go through customs which takes additional time. Please allow up to a week+ for order processing/shipment confirmation.
3). How do I apply a discount code to my order?
When you reach the shipping address page, enter the discount code where it says "Discount" (on the right hand side) then click APPLY.
4). Can I get a refund if I don't like my order when I receive it?
Yes of course. We do FULL EXCHANGES/REFUNDS on our products bought for full price. If you have purchased a product on "Sale" or with a "Discount Code" we will be unable to give you a full refund.
5). What do I do if I receive my order and the item(s) are damaged?
Please contact us immediately with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can either offer you a full refund or replace the damaged goods with new ones!
6). How can I track my order?
To track your package, simply click "View My Order" on the order confirmation email sent after purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days before tracking numbers are updated in our system.
All models and ambassadors approached by our team must be at least 18 years old or have full parental consent to be posted on our page. Greek Glasses is not responsible for any postings. Thank you.
